Quotation: The request for a quote is not considered a booking confirmation
Booking: To consider valid the reservation it is necessary an advance payment: 50% of the full amount. You will pay the 50% rest on completion.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: ONCE YOU BOOK YOU WILL ACCEPT ALL THE CONDITIONS BELOW
PAYMENT
Payment in advance method: Paypal
Payment method on Completion: Cash ( Euro ) to the driver, Credit Card, Debit Card.
REFUND
IMPORTANT TO KNOW : According to Italian law Article 59, Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded:
car rental services, services relating to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of execution. LORIS LIMO complies with Italian law and there is no refund in case of cancellation.
INSURANCE
LORIS LIMO INSURANCE PROTECTION : Customers have the option to cancel the reservations getting back 90% of their payment. YOU CANT SUBSCRIBE THE INSURANCE AFTER THE BOOKING
REFUND
If you have subscribed LORIS LIMO INSURANCE PROTECTION, and you want to cancel your reservation, please just send an email to Loris.Frosoni@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp text to +393487720406 until 48 hours ( Italian local time ) before the pick-up date and time booked. You will be refunded until the next following 48 hours since your request.
LORIS LIMO INSURANCE PROTECTION costs always 10% on top of the total price.
EXAMPLE:
Ride to Civitavecchia port to Fiumicino Rome airport, 5 passengers, Total Price 150€
Without Loris Limo Protection
Payment in advance 75€ (50% of total price). In case of cancellation = Zero refund
With Loris Limo Protection
Payment in advance 90€ (75 € + 15€ Insurance 10% of total price). In case of cancellation = 67.5 € refund = 90% payment in advance
DELAY
– General: Delay more than 30 minutes will be considered as no-show ( a person who is expected but does not arrive ) and the service will be considered cancelled.
– Airplane: In case of flight delay we understand you are not guilty, so we will check your flight status. The driver will waiting for you until 1 hour after the airplane’s landed.
– Cruise Port: The driver will wait for you until 1 hour after the pick-up time scheduled.

You can contact us ( Call, WhatsApp or regular text to +393487720406 ) and check if the driver can wait any longer.
YOU WILL PAY the following rate:
50 Euros for each hour of delay
EXTRA FEE
From local time Italy fuse 22:00 ( 10 p.m.) untill 6.00 (6 a.m.) there will be an extra charge of 20%
